Marseille Soap Shavings have been used for centuries for hand washing and to wash delicate fabrics. Made without cosmetic dyes, these soap shavings are a natural and cost-effective alternative to traditional laundry detergent.
These soap shavings are cauldron-cooked and were made following the traditional Marseille soapmaking process.

Directions for use
To machine wash: Pour a handful of soap shavings in 70 fl.oz of warm water. Shake well until fully dissolved. Pour a cup's worth of solution into the main wash compartment of your washing machine.
To hand wash: Pour a handful of soap shavings in 70 fl.oz of warm water. Wash clothes in solution and rinse abundantly with clean water (preferably cold water for wool). And for even whiter laundry, add a spoonful of Baking Soda to your water.
Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Avoid contact with eyes.
